Physiotherapy Reports
Vicki Gilman MSc MCSP is able to provide physiotherapy expert witness reports in cases of acquired brain injury, spinal injury and other complex neurodisability. She has experience working for defence and claimant solicitors and as a single joint expert.
Vicki has given evidence in court and attended many legal conferences and discussions between experts. She provides clear, detailed and reliable cost reports that are CPR compliant and has attended expert witness training.
Background Experience
Vicki has been qualified since 1988 and has worked with neurodisability since 1990. She has an MSc in Neuro Rehabilitation, extensive experience in the state and independent sector as well as research experience in her specialist field.
She works as a facilitator and trainer in aspects of neurodisability and neuro-therapeutic approaches and speaks regularly on a range of related topics.
Occupational therapy reports
Gail Somerville COT is able to provide occupational therapy expert witness reports in cases of acquired brain injury, spinal injury and other complex neurodisabilities. Gail is able to work as defence and claimant expert and as a single joint expert.
Background Experience
Gail completed her occupational therapy training in 1999 and more recently she has added a post graduate certificate in brain injury rehabilitation to her qualifications.
Early in her career Gail worked in an acute assessment service before moving into the community to specialise in brain injury rehabilitation.
Gail has extensive experience in the field of neurology and brain injury and works as a facilitator and trainer in aspects of acquired brain injury.
Our therapists’s recommendations are viewed as robust and grounded and our aim is to provide reports that assist the legal process and go on to become useful treatment guides for claimants, families, solicitors and case managers.
