Neural Pathways has extensive experience of training small and large groups of people in therapy, rehabilitation and disability related topics. We have our own venue for training groups from 2 - 30 people and we also deliver training in a wide variety of other locations to suit our clients. We are able to supply our own visual aids making it possible to train groups of people in any location.

The unique approach that our experienced team brings is to provide training tailored to fit the learning needs of the participants and ensure the content in interesting and engaging.
This is achieved by ensuring we understand the learning needs of the group and the level of training required and matching this with trainers with appropriate experience from our large group of therapy professionals.
Our team is passionate about sharing their knowledge and using the evidence base, they are skilled in the use of a variety of teaching styles including experiential learning, practical sessions, group discussion, service-user involvement and mixed media presentation. Participant feedback demonstrates again and again that our training is informative, thought provoking, fun and worthwhile.

Rehabilitation, health and social care workers of today need a wide range of skills and understanding to better facilitate and support the people to whom they provide services. Training can be a ‘tick in the box’ and a certificate for the CPD folder or it can be more - it can make a difference and develop the course participant and they can help develop those they work with and make their training count.
