Working together
When faced with a change in health and wellbeing, it is essential that people receive the right rehabilitation at the right time. Our team model is simple; we consist of a team of skilled, experienced therapists, we apply our skills, measure the results achieved, monitor and adjust accordingly and always seek to create sustainability to reduce therapy over time.
Although the model is simple it is also unique. Research has shown that the most effective and efficient results are achieved when rehabilitation teams work together and we truly believe that the whole is bigger than the sum of its parts, where traditional boundaries no longer exist and the team works in synergy.
Working together at Neural Pathways means that skills are shared across team members. Whilst highly specialist skills are brought by individual professions, implicit collaboration occurs, resulting in shared beliefs and exchange of knowledge towards a common goal.
This approach is called trans-disciplinary working where the team collaborates throughout each person’s rehabilitation journey, exchanging ideas and working as a whole to come up with achievable solutions.
When you meet us you will see that everyone at Neural Pathways wears purple, whether you meet the office team, clinical director or a therapist. Being purple represents the coming together of the whole team, to achieve our vision of life changing rehabilitation.
